How to find a product on the site?

To find the item you are looking for, enter one or more keywords in the search bar in the store.

If you do not know its exact reference, type the first letters of the reference (ex: SP40) in order to visualize all the proposed suggestions. You can also use descriptive terms of the frame (ex: child solar, osmosis acetate, solar black metal ...).

If a reference is broken, this will be indicated by the mention "Momentary break". Exhausted models (not renewed) are systematically removed from the shop (they will remain nonetheless visible in space S.A.V as long as stocks allow)

The guarantee of articles

Octika eyeglass frames meet the requirements and even go beyond Directive 93/42 / EEC and are CE marked accordingly.

Guarantee: All our products are guaranteed 1 year from the date of the invoice issued by Octika, in case of manufacturing or quality defects. We guarantee the replacement of our frames as agreed in our general conditions of sale.

Damages due to lack of care, improper treatment, accidents or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

How to return your package in case of dissatisfaction?

Not satisfied with the products you received? You have the possibility to return to us at your expense the parcel in whole or in part within 10 days from the date of receipt of it. A credit of an amount equivalent to that of the returned merchandise will be sent by mail after receipt and verification of the parcel.

Where is my order ?

As soon as you receive the confirmation email of your order, it is processed as soon as possible. You will receive an email as soon as it will be shipped. If you do not receive your order within 7 days (5 days for a S.A.V), do not hesitate to Contact us.

How can I change or cancel my order?

All your orders are stored in your personal order history (in the section "my account"). Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to edit it online. Contact us directly to cancel or modify it.

What are my S.A.V conditions?

All your S.A.V conditions are available in the "my conditions" section that you will find in the shop. They are downloadable in PDF format.

How to order a S.A.V?

Go in "direct order S.A.V" and select your article. All the steps are identical to those of the shop area for firm orders. Do not hesitate to group your firm orders and after sales service to save shipping costs.

The orders of S.A.V can also be made by mail (address sav@octika.com), by fax (au 04 67 20 22 45), or by phone (au 04 67 20 13 54).

  • Delivery

What are the fees and delivery times on Octika.com?

All our parcels (with the exception of those destined for DOM-TOM and abroad) are forwarded by our G.L.S.

Deadlines vary depending on your location between 24H and 48H after shipment. The amount of shipping costs are indicated on the summary of the order according to the number of pieces (or weight for DOM-TOM and abroad) and are offered from 10 pieces invoiced (the spare parts and 100% coins will not be taken into account).

What are the possible means of payment?

Because it is the easiest and safest way, Octika has been working for several years with regulations by L.C.R Magnétiques (bill of exchange raised). Fill in your bank details once, then order safely with just a few clicks.

Your billing information will be requested when you confirm your first order. No order can be placed without prior information from them.

You can modify your information at any time either during the payment (step 5) or in the section "my R.I.B" of your space "my account".

When will I receive my bill?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the summary of it. Your will receive your invoice by mail with the parcel. If you wish to obtain a duplicate or if you have questions concerning your invoice, contact us directly by phone (au 04 67 20 39 66). Ask the accounting department.

How to create my Octika.com account?

In order to guarantee maximum security for all our users, whether you are already an Octika customer or a new customer, registration on octika.com is mandatory for all online orders.

For this, click on the tab "create an account" available in the top banner of the home page. Fill in all the fields (the information followed by the symbol (*) is essential for the creation of the account).

After registration, you will receive an email confirmation of registration. We will then verify your information and an account creation validation email will be sent to you. You can then make your first order.

How to change my name, my e-mail address or my password?

Log in to your customer area. In category "My personal information", you can view or modify your personal information.

I forgot my password

In the login box (top right corner of the home page), click "forgot password Register your e-mail address then click on "Recover" A new password will then be sent to you at the address you entered, then log in to your customer area if you wish to modify it.

I forgot my login credentials
