How to find a product on the site?

To find the product you are looking for, enter one or more keywords in the site search engine. If you do not know your exact reference, write the first few letters of the reference (for example, SP40) to view all the suggested articles. You can also use descriptive terms of the frame (for example: glasses for children, 52-17-140, 52, osmose acetate, brown, black metal, sun, etc ...). If a reference is sold out, this will be indicated with "Momentarily unavailable". The out of stock models are systematically removed from the Web (they will still be visible in the Post-Sales space as long as stocks permit)

The guarantee of articles

Octika products comply with the requirements of EU Regulation no. 2016/425 and consequently they are CE marked.
Warranty: All our products, in case of manufacturing defects, are guaranteed for 1 year from the invoice date issued by Octika. We guarantee the replacement of our items as agreed in our general conditions of sale.
The warranty does not cover damage due to lack of attention, inadequate treatment, accidents or normal wear and tear.
How to return the package in case of dissatisfaction? Are you not satisfied with the products you received? You have the possibility to return the package at your expense, either complete or in part, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package. The credit of the amount equivalent to the returned goods will be sent by post after the receipt and verification of the package.

Not satisfied with the products you received? You have the possibility to return to us at your expense the parcel in whole or in part within 10 days from the date of receipt of it. A credit of an amount equivalent to that of the returned merchandise will be sent by mail after receipt and verification of the parcel.

Where is my order ?

As soon as we receive the e-mail confirming your order, it will be processed as soon as possible. If you do not receive your order within 7 days (5 days for after-sales), do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I change or cancel my order?

All your orders are stored in the history of personal orders (in the "My account" section). Once the order is confirmed, you will not be authorized to change it, contact us directly to cancel or modify it.

What are the costs and delivery times on Octika.com?

All orders paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer will be shipped by courier G.L.S.
All cash on delivery orders will be shipped by UPS courier.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, between 3 and 4 days after shipping. The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the order summary based on the number of pieces ordered

How to create my Octika.com account?

To ensure maximum security for all our users, whether it is an Octika customer or a new customer, registration on Octika.com is mandatory for all online orders

To do so, click on the "create an account" tab located at the top of the home page. Fill in all the fields (the information followed by the symbol (*) is mandatory and essential for the creation of the account).

After registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration. We will then review your information and send you a validation email within 24 hours. Then you can enter your first order.

I forgot my password

In the login box (at the top right of the home page), click on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and click on "Restore". Then you will be sent a first email with a verification link, to request a new password that will be sent later by email to the address indicated.
